The problem with every other platform

Lead gen is broken for contractors

Every major platform optimizes for homeowner volume at your expense. Henri was built by contractors who got tired of paying $2,500 per closed job.

How Angi / Thumbtack work
Your lead is re-sold to multiple contractors at once. Angi's own onboarding flow tells homeowners they will be “matched with up to four local pros,” and HomeAdvisor/Porch work the same way — first to call wins, and it is rarely you.
Pay-per-lead marketplaces charge per contact and do not refund bad leads. A contractor running the math on published lead prices typically spends several hundred dollars on contacts for every job closed.
Lead quality is fabricated. The FTC fined HomeAdvisor $7.2M in 2023 for deceptive lead-quality marketing (FTC v. HomeAdvisor, FTC file no. 192-3124).
Long-term auto-renewing contracts with substantial cancellation penalties are common in the referral-marketplace category — surfaced repeatedly in BBB complaint narratives. Even when leads convert poorly, you're locked in.
Contractor satisfaction averages 1.96 / 5 across 3,000+ BBB reviews (BBB complaint corpus, 2024). Angi Inc.'s (NASDAQ: ANGI) annual revenue has declined materially from its 2021 peak, per the company's public 10-K filings.
How Henri works
Leads start from real building permit filings, not from homeowner form fills resold across a marketplace. The source is verifiable — every lead links back to a public permit record.
Flat monthly subscription. No per-lead fees. One closed job covers months of your subscription.
AI scores every lead 0–100 across six signals (permit freshness, project value, contact quality, ZIP demand, homeowner engagement, historical conversion). The breakdown renders on every lead.
Cancel anytime, no penalty. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing cycle. We offer a 24-hour free trial so you can evaluate the platform before committing.

How Henri works

From permit filing to
you on the phone in under 5 minutes

1
Permit filed
A homeowner pulls a roofing, solar, or ADU permit with the city. The permit hits Henri's daily catalog refresh within 24 hours of filing.
2
AI scores the lead
Our model scores each lead 0–100 across six signals: permit freshness, project value, contact quality, ZIP demand, homeowner engagement, and historical conversion. The breakdown renders on every lead.
3
Contact data enriched (best-effort)
When public records or licensed enrichment sources have it, leads arrive with owner name, phone, email, property value, and permit history. Coverage varies by jurisdiction — every field that's enriched cites its source.
4
You receive the lead
The scored, enriched lead appears in your dashboard. You compose outreach from a per-trade template library (40+ system defaults across roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, solar, ADU, general remodel) or a saved template of your own.
5
You close the job
Flat monthly subscription, no per-lead fees. One closed job on Pro ($1,499/mo) covers your subscription for months. Cancel anytime; takes effect at end of cycle.

Platform features

Everything you need.
Nothing you do not.

Henri replaces Angi, your CRM, your outreach tool, your canvassing app, and your compliance tracker — in one platform.

Core
Permit intelligence
Daily building-permit refresh across your territory ZIPs. New permits appear in your dashboard within 24 hours of filing.
Core
AI lead scoring
Every lead scored 0–100 across six signals: permit freshness, project value, contact quality, ZIP demand, homeowner engagement, and historical conversion. The breakdown renders on every lead — no black box.
Per-trade ZIP territories
Founder/Starter/Pro/Enterprise plans include 3/5/12/20 ZIP territories respectively. A roofer and an HVAC contractor can both hold the same ZIP without conflict — trades are independent.
Per-trade outreach templates
50 system-default outreach templates across 7 trades (roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, solar, ADU, general remodel) seeded into your library. Customize, save your own, or use as-is.
Canvass targeting
Door-knock target lists built from permit data and roof age. Storm overlay shows which doors to knock first. Property data visible on each address.
New
Storm Center
Live NOAA radar plus a daily NOAA storm-events feed. When severe weather hits a ZIP you cover, Henri flags affected properties and surfaces a storm-impact urgency boost on the lead score.

Common questions

Everything contractors ask
before signing up

When a building permit is filed in your territory, Henri picks it up on the next daily catalog refresh (typically within 24 hours), scores it 0–100 for urgency and value, and — when public records or licensed enrichment sources have it — adds the homeowner name, phone, email, mailing address, property value, and project details. Coverage of the enriched fields varies by jurisdiction. The underlying permit is a public record; what Henri delivers is the scored, best-effort enriched packet ready to act on.
Henri covers all residential and light commercial trades: Roofing, Solar, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Addition, ADU, Windows, Painting, Landscaping, General Remodel, and Foundation. Each trade is sold as a separate territory — a roofer and an HVAC contractor can both own the same ZIP without conflict.
Territory changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If the ZIP you want is available at that time, it will be assigned to you. You cannot swap territories mid-cycle — this ensures lead continuity for both you and the homeowners in your area.
Yes. A valid, active contractor license is required to use Henri. We verify your license before your first lead is delivered, and our compliance system checks license status daily. If your license expires or is revoked, lead delivery is paused until the issue is resolved.
You can cancel your account at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, prior to the next charge. You will continue to have full access until your cycle ends.
Henri is a digital product. Once payment is processed, it is final — there are no refunds. We offer a 24-hour free trial on all plans, which gives you full access to explore the platform and evaluate whether it is the right fit for your business before any charge is made.
